Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 45 ml espresso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 30 ml Kahlúa (coffee liqueur)
  • Ice cubes
  • Chocolate powder

Preparation

  • Place the ice cubes in a shaker.
  • Prepare the espresso directly in the shaking cup and add sugar and Kahlúa.
  • Shake the cup for approx. 20 seconds.
  • Pour the mixture into a cocktail glass.

Tip

First dip the top rim of the glass in sugar water and then turn it in the chocolate powder to create a decorative chocolate rim.
