Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Ice cubes
  • 2 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 lime cube
  • 20 ml apple mint syrup
  • 80 ml tonic water
  • 30 ml Cold Brew espresso

Preparation

  • Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Add the apple mint syrup.
  • Squeeze the lime cube lightly over the ice cubes and then add it to the glass.
  • Add the mint leaves.
  • Pour in the tonic water.
  • Place the glass under the coffee spout and prepare a Cold Brew espresso.

Tip

Press the mint leaves lightly between your hands before adding them so that their essential oils are released and the Cold Brew Apple Mint is especially fresh and aromatic.
