Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Milk
  • 45 ml espresso
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp sugar

Preparation

  • Prepare a portion of cold milk foam.
  • Fill a small latte macchiato glass up to 2/3 full with the milk foam.
  • Prepare an espresso in the shaker and add sugar and ice cubes.
  • Now shake the shaker vigorously for about 20 seconds.
  • Pour the espresso without ice cubes into the glass with milk foam.
